Yes. We use end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3), RBI-authorized payment gateways, two-factor authentication, and comply with ISO 27001 and DPDP Act 2025 standards.

Yes. Registration is free and required for secure transactions and gift card delivery. You need a valid Indian mobile number, email address.

Saveit operates pan-India via www.saveit.in, Android app, and all major desktop browsers.

Purchasing

Browse or search for your brand, select denomination and quantity, complete payment. You'll receive the card via email/SMS within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Common denominations include ₹100, ₹250, ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹5,000, and ₹10,000. Some brands offer variable amounts or premium cards up to ₹50,000.

Yes. We offer flat discounts (2-20%), cashback, bank offers, festival sales, and bulk discounts for corporate orders. Check the 'Offers' page for current deals.

Minimum ₹100 per transaction, maximum ₹1,00,000 per transaction and ₹2,00,000 per day. Brand-specific monthly limits vary. Higher limits available for verified and corporate accounts.

Delivery Redemption

Instant digital delivery via email, SMS, and in-app ('My Vouchers' section). Most cards arrive within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Check email spam folder and 'My Vouchers' in your account. Use the 'Resend' button in order details. If still not received after 30 minutes, contact [email protected].

Visit the brand's website/app, add items to cart, select 'Gift Card' payment at checkout, and enter your voucher code and PIN. Redemption instructions are included with each card.

Depends on the brand. Amazon allows unlimited stacking, Flipkart allows up to 15 cards, BigBasket up to 5. Some restaurants allow only 1 voucher per bill.

Most brands offer 12 months validity from issue date. Some offer 6, 18, or 24 months. You'll receive expiry reminders at 30, 15, 7, and 1 day before expiration.

Payment Wallet

We accept UPI (all apps), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking (50+ banks), digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay), and Saveit Wallet.

No. All payment gateway charges are borne by Saveit. You pay only the gift card amount minus any applicable discounts.

Your digital wallet for 1-click checkout, instant refunds, cashback, and exclusive deals. Add money via UPI, cards, or net banking (₹100-₹10,000 per transaction). No charges for adding funds.

Yes. Minimum ₹100 withdrawal with KYC verification and linked bank account. Free for amounts ≥₹500, otherwise ₹5 charge. Processing takes 1-3 business days.

No. Your wallet balance never expires and remains in your account until used or withdrawn.

Refunds Support

Refunds are available for payment debited without voucher delivery, invalid codes at first use, wrong cards delivered (our error), and unauthorized transactions. Not available for expired cards, used vouchers, or change of mind after delivery.

Refund to Saveit Wallet is instant with 2% bonus. Refund to original payment method takes 5-7 business days.

Yes, but only within 5 minutes of order placement and before voucher generation. Use 'Cancel Order' in 'My Orders' or contact support immediately.

Gifting Corporate

Yes. Click 'I'm Gifting' during checkout, enter recipient's email/mobile, add a personalized message, and schedule delivery (up to 1 year in advance). Recipient doesn't need a Saveit account.

Yes. We provide bulk purchases (minimum 50 cards), volume discounts (2-8%), GST invoicing, employee rewards, custom branding, and dedicated account managers. Contact [email protected].

Security Account

Use a strong password (8+ characters with mixed case, numbers, symbols), enable two-factor authentication, never share credentials, log out on shared devices, and monitor account activity regularly.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered mobile/email, receive a reset link (valid 1 hour), and create a new password. OTP reset is also available for instant access.

Go to Settings > Profile, select the field you want to change, verify your current contact via OTP, enter new details, and verify via OTP. Both old and new contacts must be verified.

Yes. Email [email protected] with your registered contact. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All history will be lost and unused wallet balance forfeited.
