By purchasing gift cards through saveit (https://saveit.in), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
Important: Gift cards are digital products governed by issuing brand terms. Refund eligibility depends on brand policies, voucher status, and applicable laws.
2. Key Definitions
• Gift Card / Voucher: A prepaid digital card redeemable at participating brands
• Issuing Brand: The merchant issuing the gift card
• Order: A purchase request made on saveit
• Delivered Voucher: Successfully sent to registered email/mobile
• Activated Voucher: Issued with a valid code/PIN
• Redeemed Voucher: Fully or partially used
• Expired Voucher: Past validity period
• saveit Wallet: Prepaid wallet balance on the saveit platform
3. General Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Refund Terms
Gift cards are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable after delivery, except as explicitly stated.
• Refunds are processed only for valid, documented cases
• Requests must be submitted within defined timelines
• All requests are subject to verification
• Refunds depend on issuing brand policies and applicable law
• saveit reserves the right to approve or reject any request
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations
• Expired vouchers
• Redeemed or partially redeemed vouchers
• Lost, shared, or misplaced codes
• User errors (wrong brand, denomination, or recipient)
• Change of mind after delivery
• Issuing brand system issues
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless stated)
• Corporate or bulk orders with separate agreements
• Resale or commercial use attempts
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
4.1 Payment Issues
Payment debited but order not confirmed:

• Resolution time: 3–5 business days
• Refund to original method or saveit Wallet
Duplicate payment:
• Report with transaction IDs
• Resolution time: 5–7 business days
Payment gateway error:
• Auto-reversal expected within 5–7 business days
• If not reversed, contact support with bank proof
4.2 Order & Delivery Issues
Voucher not delivered:
• Check spam, account dashboard, and resend option
• Replacement or refund if delivery fails
Wrong brand or denomination delivered:
• Must be reported within 24 hours
• Voucher must not be revealed or used
• Replacement provided
4.3 Technical Issues
Invalid voucher code at first use:
• Report within 24 hours with screenshots
• Replacement or refund after verification
4.4 Fraud & Security
Unauthorized transaction:

• Voucher must not be redeemed
• Investigation time: up to 14 business days
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Before Voucher Delivery
• Cancellable within 5 minutes of order placement
• Only if voucher not generated or activated
• Full refund if payment processed
5.2 After Voucher Delivery
Cancellations are not allowed after voucher delivery, except in eligible refund scenarios.

• saveit Wallet: Instant credit + 2% bonus
6.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply for partial value delivery or multi-item orders. Refund amount is calculated after discounts and applicable charges.
7. Issuing Brand Policies
Each brand has independent redemption and refund rules. saveit facilitates resolution but cannot override brand policies.
8. Special Situations
• Expired vouchers are non-refundable
• Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable unless unused
• Promotional purchases may carry additional restrictions
• Corporate orders are governed by separate agreements
