The mobile application and website branded as saveit (collectively, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Affluenceit Fintech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at F-59 GF, Rapti Nagar, Phase-4, Dr Barsha Awas, Chargaon, Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur – 273013, Uttar Pradesh (“Affluenceit”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Use of the Platform is offered to you (“User”, “you”, “your”) conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from saveit via email, SMS, calls, or in-app notifications for transactional, service-related, administrative, and regulatory purposes. You may opt out of promotional communications by writing to [email protected]; however, transactional and regulatory communications cannot be opted out of.

saveit is a technology platform facilitating access to digital gift cards, vouchers, prepaid value, and related services. saveit is not a bank and does not provide banking services or issue prepaid instruments except through regulated partners.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. • You shall not modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse any part of the Platform. • You shall not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised activities. • You shall not upload viruses or malicious code. • You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You are responsible for maintaining necessary devices and internet connectivity. • The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly permitted otherwise.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Affluenceit or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use saveit intellectual property without prior written permission.

saveit may provide facilities for storage, discovery, or redemption of gift cards and prepaid value. saveit shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party breaches, hacking, or technical failures. Redemption of gift cards and vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand or partner.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. saveit is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. saveit disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. saveit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affluenceit from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

saveit may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms. Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
