The Saveit mobile application and website (the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Affluenceit Fintech Private Limited (“Company”, “Affluenceit”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at F-59 GF, Rapti Nagar, Phase-4, Dr Barsha Awas, Chargaon, Gorakhpur – 273013, Uttar Pradesh.

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

• Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. • References to “User” include any person accessing or using the Platform. • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Saveit is a technology-enabled platform facilitating discovery, storage, purchase, management, and redemption of gift cards, vouchers, and closed-system prepaid instruments through partner brands and regulated entities. Saveit is not a bank, does not accept deposits, and does not itself issue prepaid payment instruments unless expressly stated through authorised partners.

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

• Users shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes. • Users shall not engage in fraud, impersonation, hacking, reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse of prepaid instruments. • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

• Payments for gift cards or vouchers must be made upfront through authorised payment gateways. • A transaction is considered complete only upon successful receipt of payment. • Saveit shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party partners.

All gift cards and vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand or partner. Redemption is governed solely by the brand or partner’s policies. Saveit shall not be liable for merchant-side redemption failures beyond its reasonable control.

Orders may be cancelled due to technical issues, non-availability of vouchers, partner decline, or regulatory reasons. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy displayed on the Platform.

All intellectual property rights, including content, trademarks, logos, software, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. The Company does not control or endorse such third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. Nothing herein excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising due to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, or governmental actions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications.
